Birthday Wishes

Happy (late) birthday, Ichigo!!! :3 Please don't kill me ;;

July 15th... jeez, everything about you has to do with 15 xD

It's been over a week since the strawberry's birthday, but I still wanted to post this >~<

There's a slight story behind this comic. This takes place ater Ichigo loses his shinigami powers, so he hasn't seen or heard rom anyone in the soul society. But, unknown to him, they've always been waching over him, and they still care about him, and wanted to show they still cared by acknowledging his birthday. Ichigo is obviously shocked at first to see this, but it brings a smile to his face to see his friends still remeber him.

So for like, a week before his birthday, I'd been wondering what to draw for Ichigo, and I asked my sis what I should draw. She gave me the idea of him with a letter from everyone in soul society telling happy birthday, and showing some shinigami feet to show that they're watching over him. I decided to add the top of two of their heads, too. I think you can figure out who they are ;3

I had fun with the 'card'. Needless to say, it's basically just a huge piece of paper, but still. And the reason Kon's on it is because I figured he'd need some love. I mean, come on. Kubo hasn't had him in the manga since Ichigo last left for Hueco Mundo. And sure, Ichigo lost his shinigami powers, but that shouldn't have an effect on Kon. So, I decided that he'd somehow followed Rukia to the Soul Society and stayed there. And whether he admits it, or not, he cares about Ichigo, and so he decided to put his name on the card, too.

And even with that week, I missed it by another week >__< It's all because I decided to have a sleepover a few days before... *huff* Well, at least I finally finished it ^__^
